GUEST SAFETY

'Up to date' vaccination or negative test required

Guests must bring proof they are 'up to date' with COVID-19 vaccinations as defined by the CDC. This means that you have received all recommended COVID-19 vaccines, including any booster dose(s) when eligible.

If you are not up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations (including medical/religious exemptions), you are required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test administered by a healthcare provider. At-home tests will not be accepted.

The following are acceptable as proof of vaccination:

  1. Electronic vaccination card via Apple Wallet and government-issued ID (This option speeds up the process of entering the event.)
  2. A CDC-approved vaccination card with your name and vaccination dates plus government-issued ID (i.e., driver's license) matching the name on the vaccination card.
  3. A digital or printed photo of a CDC-approved vaccination card PLUS government-issued ID.

The following are acceptable as proof of negative test results:

  1. Digital or printed photo of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of the event. The documentation must include the date/time, your name, and match government-issued ID.
  2. Digital or printed photo of a negative lab-based rapid antigen test taken within 24 hours of the event. All tests need to be administered by a healthcare provider. The documentation must show the healthcare provider administering the test, date/time, your name, and match government-issued ID.

Masks

In compliance with updated health and safety guidelines from the Oregon Health Authority, a face covering is now optional at the event.

Ventilation

We will maximize fresh airflow by rolling up two garage doors at Castaway PDX for the duration of the event, weather permitting. Temperatures in early May can vary from 65-45 degrees, so we recommend bringing a sweater or coat to help ensure you are comfortable.

This page will be updated with current health and safety measures – contents subject to change.

We expect to return to full event capacity for our 2022 event, with an expected guest count of 250-350. The health and safety of our Maybelle Center family is our top priority. We can't wait to celebrate with you, but please stay home if you are feeling ill. We can plan another time to catch up!
